Responsibilities
Develops and implements staff educational programs to promote and improve quality of patient care.
Collaboratively works with Human Resources department to conduct new employee orientation monthly.
Actively involved in identification of problems and opportunities for performance improvement.
Embraces the diversity and talents of leadership and staff in the Participates in research based activities to develop practice guidelines and enhance outcomes based practice.
Collaborates with organizational leadership in the implementation of hospital initiatives.
Provides supervision for the Staff Development staff.
Coordinates psychiatric nursing rotations with local schools.
Seeks cost effective approaches to hospital staff development needs.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
BSN required. MSN or MS preferred.
3 -5 years experience in healthcare education preferred.
Demonstrates clinical competence in nursing care.
Demonstrates team building skills
Strong customer service skills
Strong communication skills and organizational skills required.
Ability to prioritize effectively.
Able to handle a multi task environment
Proficient in PC, Internet and email required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
