Job Description:_
ICF International is currently seeking a Research Assistant to work join the 110 professional staff in its Survey Research Line of Business in our Rockville, MD office.
## Qualifications
Key
Responsibilities:

Survey research activities, including data manipulation and cleaning, data analysis, and survey instrument testing
Quality assurance checks on data, reports, and presentations.
Developing and preparing written reports, web content, work products, training materials or other deliverables to clients.
Conference and meeting planning, to include logistics, note taking and material preparation.
Processing of outgoing and incoming study documents.
Conducting and answering calls from study participants.
Working as a member of the team with senior staff within the company and external clients.
Proposal development activities
_Basic Qualifications_:
Bachelor's degree required (social sciences, math, or statistics preferred).
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience with statistical packages (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, MiniTab, Stata) preferred.
Experience in quantitative data analysis required; experience in qualitative data analysis preferred.
Ability to pass a Federal Background Investigation for Public Trust.
Excellent verbal, oral, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience providing general project support, such as activity tracking, task coordination, and document formatting.
Fluency in Spanish or other language(s) is a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
