Key Role:
Support software development for a
pilot program with a client in the health market that supports a suite of
applications, including eSubmitter front-end, eDesigner front-end, and Master
Loader backend. Modify each application to support the receipt and processing
of production submissions. Conduct development of an application, including
design and implement user interface changes and backend changes. Provide input
when designing client solutions and creating project documentation.
Basic
Qualifications:
-6 months of experience with Java development and software design
-Experience with conducting agile, sprint, and waterfall development methodologies
-Experience with different layers of the technology stack, including network, application frameworks, database systems, and vendor solutions
-Experience with technical writing
-Knowledge of application and system architecture and object-oriented design concepts
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional
Qualifications:
-Experience with Spring, Grails, .Net, Swing, JSP, JSTL, HTML, and NoSQL database
-Possession of excellent analytical skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
