Responsibilities:
This position entails providing crucial IT support to end users in a Microsoft environment. The IT Technician will perform a complete range of desktop configuration, network, and operating systems support activities.
Qualifications:
Position requirements include B.S. degree in Computer Science; 3-5 years of experience supporting end users in a corporate environment; knowledge of MS environment; and experience working with operating systems, networks applications, Active Directory, Server 2012 and Exchange 2010. Strong written and verbal communication skills; friendly and timely customer service delivery; reliability; the ability to handle sensitive information; the ability to successfully multi-task; and knowledge of the methods and practices and procedures related to technology and the MS environment are essential. Experience with Dell Kace, Android environment, and MS Server are highly desired. MSCE certification is a plus.
