Responsibilities
The mission of Shady Grove Medical Center is to demonstrate God s care by improving the health of people and communities through a ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
The unit secretary works under the direction of the charge nurse and staff nurse to perform secretarial / clerical duties associated with the clinical functioning of a unit. He / she is responsible for processing physician / extenders orders, communication, and other general duties. He / she must be able to organize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service.
Qualifications
High school diploma / GED
BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY REQUIRED.
Strong communication skills / organizational skills required.
Ability to prioritize effectively.
Training in data entry of clinical systems preferred.
Proficient in PC, Internet and email required.

Work Schedule
Full-time /36 hours a week/ day shift 7a-7p/ every other weekend required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
