Accounting Clerk- Interview & Start This Week!About the Company and Opportunity:
Our client in a property management company in the Silver Spring, MD area.
Due to growth, they are looking to hire a self-motivated Accounting Clerk.
This position is temporary and can go permanent for the right candidate! Schedule is M-F, in-office, 40/hr week.
Pay Rate:
$24-26per hour.

AP - processing invoices and paying bills via online payments and checks.
Deposit checks and cash received though remote deposit or at the bank.
Record billing and credit card deposits in accounting software.
Reconcile Merchant Bank Account monthly for Controller review.
Process and send invoices and follow up on payment.
Run budget reports for distribution to budget managers monthly and as requested.
Act as the first point of contact in the business office.
Administrative duties.
Ad hoc projects.
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Clerk:
2-3 years experience in accounting Experience with RealPage is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills required #INNOV2023#CBNOV2023#CFSNOV2023 Recommended Skills Financial Transactions Financial Statements Financial Analysis Accounting Systems Collections Accounts Payable Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
