Cost Manufacturing, Inventory Accounting, Costing Exercises (Standard Setting & Actual costing existing & new products), Month-end closing activities, Financial Reporting, 3/1 Planning, Updates/LE's, and providing financial support to the site. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following Responsible for all finance partnering (forecast, month close and business support) and month and activities related to cost accounting and inventory accounting. Responsible for leading standard setting exercises (product costing & BOM reviews), inventory revaluation and monthly deviations versus standard cost (including purchase price variances:
PPV). Responsible for the month end closing activities including preparing monthly financial reports and investigating variances & Balance Sheet Reconciliation. Responsible for the development of forecasting exercises (3/1 Plans, Updates and Latest Estimates) and Risk & Opportunities management (versus forecast) in partnership with the business and Finance Director. Performs special studies and cost analysis for decision making as required. Performs Internal Control Framework (ICFW) and Sarbox (SOX) testing, support all audits as required (including Judgment report & Impairment review on a quarterly basis). Handles financial queries from site business partners on a day-to-day basis. Drives for standardization and continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility, support finance transformation & the digitalization agenda. Partner with above other off-site finance teams:
SMAS Hub, Close & Control Hub, Genpac, above site team and other finance partners within the PSC network. Advises management on operational areas offering potential cost savings and identifying options for controlling spend, increasing yield and reduction of waste (cost of poor quality). Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's Degree 5
years of accounting/financial experience including experience in a manufacturing environment required. 5
years of experience in budgeting, forecasting and month end closing activities required. SAP experience required. Preferred
Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Advanced degree in finance Computer skills including Excel, Word, Power Point & Power BI Learning agility.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
AccountingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
