The ideal candidate has experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and will be engaging, compassionate, patient and flexible to the individual's needs.
The candidate must own a car and have a driver's license with a clean driving record.
The position is part time with 3-4 hours shifts.
Schedule can be determined together based on availability and service needs.
Pay starts at $30/hour with the possibility for increases based on experience.
Must be able to pass a background check, graduate of High School or equivalent, and obtain First Aid/CPR certification.
Reimbursement of the costs with this certification is available.
Responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, engaging in her community and provide companionship and support throughout the day and with activities of their choice.
Initially, much of the work will be in the home as we transition more into the community.
The ideal candidate places an emphasis on building rapport and a trusting working relationship.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
