T-Cell Molecular Immunologist
Job DescriptionMy client is expanding and looking to hire a Molecular Immunologist.
This person will focus on T-cell recognition of peptides and take on the following tasks:
nnConduct gene editing and synthetic biology, and provide expertise on T-cell immunology.
nDesign and conduct complex experiments, and interpret data drawing appropriate conclusions.
nImprove the efficiency of current experiments and assays and communicate and discuss results with other scientists.
nnThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
nnPhD in Immunology and strong background in Molecular Biology.
nHands-on experience with gene editing using engineered nucleases, including CRISPR/Cas9 preferred.
nSignificant knowledge of T-cell biology and signal transduction research.
nTechnical expertise in using latest molecular biology techniques in cloning and viral transduction in human primary T-cells.
nn Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
