Client Service Representative Supervisor

Description Position at Metropolitan Animal Emergency and Specialty Center Metropolitan Animal Emergency and Specialty Clinic is now hiring a Client Service Representative Supervisor to lead and support their team of CSRs.
The right candidate is a motivated, team player with at least two years of experience working in a veterinary setting.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Must demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to work in a fast pace, energetic environment.
Must be dedicated to promoting and fostering a positive, healthy work environment.

Responsibilities Organize and lead monthly CSR meetings.
Maintain and update CSR schedule and provide coverage when needed.
Serve as a mentor and coach to the CSR staff by elevating them and encouraging them to grow.
Work with the Leadership Team to resolve conflicts.
Enforce company policies.
Perform regular CSR duties.
Collaborate with other departments regarding patient and client needs.
Assist CSR staff in managing client inquiries and complaints.
Create training schedules for new employees.
Monitor performance of CSR staff and conduct yearly performance reviews.
Participate in Hospital Leadership Team meetings.
