years of data entry experience required; customer service experience preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking, time management, and customer service skills.
Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
The Job:
Assist benefit recipients with making changes/corrections to pensions.
Ensure all recipient info is entered into database accurately.
Update pension benefit information, process changes of address, and remove/restore recipients to the pension roll.
Assist with questions about 1099 forms and field calls/emails from recipients.
Complete additional tasks as needed.
This is a temporary position that pays $19/hr and is slated to last around 3 months.
