We are an Office Furniture and Interior Modular Construction dealer specializing in commercial, healthcare, government, and higher education environments.
Our primary manufacturer lines are MillerKnoll (furniture) and DIRTT (architectural walls).
About You:
We are looking for a full time Client Services Coordinator who will use a combination of customer service, analytical skills, and attention to detail to handle client inquiries, generate proposals and communicate with all departments of the company.
This is a hybrid position working three days a week in our beautiful Rockville showroom.
Responsibilities include:
Generate proposals Process orders Promptly communicate progress to clients and Bialek Team Respond promptly to client inquiries Participate in meetings and activities Perform as a team-player Utilize industry specific software to execute quoting and order entry responsibilities Complete Excel pricing sheets as needed Specify ancillary furniture Distribute electronic client surveys Develop and maintain client relationships Assist with large order delivery coordination Contribute to the maintenance of project forecasting
Qualifications:
oAbility to handle complex and detailed projects Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage several tasks at one time High sense of urgency, able to execute tasks efficiently and calmly Good computer skills including MS Office CORE and CAP software experience preferred Enthusiasm for learning and making customers happy College degree preferred Systems furniture is a plus Physical Demands:
This position requires long times of sitting.
