This position is responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for all of our clients.

Ensure client experiences exceed expectations.
Lead and train teams to hit revenue and profit goals.

Passionate about our mission of providing exceptional client experience.
One to two years of experience in a professional customer service position.
Prior management or supervisory experience (2
years).
Dependable, reliable, punctual and trustworthy in performance of all duties.
Comfortable with all sizes and breeds of dogs (previous industry experience, especially veterinary, would be a plus!) Flexible work schedule, willing to work weekends and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
