Is friendly and will represent our organization in a professional and positive manner that conveys our firm's culture Thrives in a fast-paced, environment, maintaining order while wearing a variety of hats Understands the culture within a high-service firm Is an expert multitasker and organizer, able to handle many details and action items simultaneously Is adept in handling administrative responsibilities including typing, scanning, etc.
Is a quick learner of new systems and processes Works well on a team and contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks and projects as needed and in a timely manner Is an effective communicator and a strong writer Will provide excellent customer service to clients and contacts, and is not shy about speaking with them on the phone for scheduling or general communication Has some back-office or other experience in finance/accounting firms (desired, but not necessary) Duties and Responsibilities Communicate with team members and clients professionally via phone, email and in person Supporting advisors with client service Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Maintain client database, including data entry Maintain and organize electronic files Support teammates and team by performing administrative tasks and projects as directed Prepare documents, correspondence and mailings, schedule client meetings Take accurate meeting notes Provide phone coverage as needed Maintain office supplies by monitoring inventory, anticipating needed items and placing orders Tackle new projects and ideas with enthusiasm Requirements and Qualifications 2-5 years of prior administrative or client service experience Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work Self-directed and able to work without supervision Adept in handling administrative responsibilities including typing, scanning, etc.
Organized and detail focused Bachelor's degree a plus Financial industry experience a plus Since this is business is financially related, a clean record is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
