We are seeking a paralegal/legal assistant or law clerk to support the firm's commercial lease transaction practice.

Work-from-home days Growth opportunities Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere What You'll Be Doing Assist attorneys in preparing and proofreading commercial real estate related legal documents and correspondence Managing transaction documents and correspondence Communicating with clients and opposing counsel Legal research You may be asked to perform tasks in addition to those specifically listed, including executive assistant tasks Minimum Requirements Strong organizational and process skills, focused attention to detail, and ability to spot inaccuracies and inconsistencies in documents Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and varying deadlines At least thirty college credits preferred At least 1 year of experience in an office or legal environment; experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and discretion Technology Requirements:
