Sparks Group has partnered with a well known CPA and Consulting firm in the Rockville, MD area that is seeking a Client Services Coordinator for a 4 month contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:
Will be the first point of contact for clients Answering a high volume of calls and directing them to the proper party Administrative assistance including coordinating distribution of tax organizers and bulk tax engagement letters Processing electronic files and formatting and processing letters Organizing client documents Assisting with electronic payroll and tax returns Coordinate and schedule meetings between management and clients Build and maintain relationships with clients Additional duties as assigned Qualifications/Background Profile:

years of related experience Must be tech savvy across several different platforms Proficient in all MS Office applications (will be assessed) Experience with Adobe Experience working with various tax software is a plus Experience with XCMworkflow or workflow solution software is a plus Must possess strong written and verbal communication Must have a high level of integrity and respect confidentiality Must be self motivated and able to multitask Recommended Skills Adobe Communication Confidentiality Microsoft Office Multitasking Networking Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
