The critical role In FOH revolves around delivery of great tasting food, fast and accurate service, in a clean & safe environment with genuine hospitality.
The team member treats guests and fellow team members with honor, dignity, and respect - all day, every day.
Key responsibilities of FOH team members:
Courteously greet guests, take orders, explain and suggest menu items Prepare, assemble and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-a standards.
Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant (mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning equipment, and restrooms).
Stock products and supplies using FIFO.
Ensure that products and guests' experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standards of excellence.
Communicate clearly and efficiently with other team members, guests, and leaders.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
Deliver 2nd mile service to make guests feel cared for and going above and beyond expectations.
Perform opening and closing tasks as assigned Extend courtesies to seniors, guests with disabilities, mom with children by carrying food, opening the door, carrying large orders to the cars etc.

REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have a source of reliable transportation Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment Mobility required during shifts Must work well under pressure Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently Effectively communicate in primary language Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs Available to work Saturdays.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
