Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team and assist with day-to-day operations - Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Manage office tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining supplies - Utilize computerized systems and software to perform various administrative tasks - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software - Support office management by handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position required - Knowledge of commerical construction procedures and terminology is a plus - Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
