Essential Functions:
Process incoming and outgoing mail for Partners.
Provide administrative office support to Rockville office team members.
Maintain vehicle maintenance schedule for Partners, to include arranging to take vehicle to schedule appointments and returning vehicle after scheduled maintenance.
Personal errands for partners to include lunch order and pick up, instore returns and purchases, occasional donation drop off.
Light accounting functions for Partner personal/charitable accounts.
JOB DUTIES:
Maintain company contact list Maintain building access/ Parking report for Rockville office.
Maintain equipment log Process office supply order, when directed.
Oversee management of Verizon account, to include monthly billing and ordering of new equipment.
Providing notary services to team members Assist with greeting visitors and acceptance of deliveries.
Oversee management of Canon copier services for company.
Assist Human Resources with onboarding process.
Assist Human Resources with service outages, to include phone services and internet services.
Assist with lunch order monthly for Rockville office.
Assist with managing company switchboard.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in administrative support Must be proficient in MS Office Suite Must have exceptional time management skills Discretion and confidentiality Must possess a valid driver's license and a serviceable vehicle Must be a notary or willing to obtain notary, at company expense.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
