Summary:
Performs receptionist and related administrative duties for the facility and as assigned by the Business Office Manager.
Performs role as liaison to visitors, families, vendors and other external constituents.
Responsible for distribution of daily resident census.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Works independently and makes decisions without much guidance Operates switchboard and paging system.
Receives and screens visitors, guests, sales representatives and others who may visit the organization and directs them to the proper person.
Informs visitors of the visiting rules and regulations and may advise the supervisor in charge of individuals whom they feel should not enter due to their age, condition or other factors involved.
Maintains current reference of resident by name and room number, list of emergency phone numbers, list of department extensions with names of key personnel and their extension number.
Handles typing and filing of correspondence and outgoing mail for the various departments as needed.
Handles mail delivery to residents and staff.
Types daily census information and distributes to department heads.
Manages employee lunch tickets, ordering supplies, resident funds and banking.
Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary.
Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and facility needs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
