1K a year About the Production Assistant position We have an immediate need for a competent Production Assistant to support all aspects of live and virtual event production and logistics.
The team will count on you for various crucial tasks, from creating schedules, to running errands.
High energy and commitment are essential.
If you have the skills to multi-task, solve problems and do things proactively, you'll quickly become invaluable! THIS POSITION DOES REQUIRE WORK OUTSIDE OF NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS AND SOME WEEKENDS Position is in our Rockville Office, must live in reasonable commuting distance.
Production Assistant Ideal Characteristics:

Vendor & Venue Research Prop/Asset Sourcing & Purchasing Updating and Maintaining Production Documents & Company Wide Trackers Organizing & Attending Company and Project Meetings Taking & Distributing Notes & Action Items in Project and Company Meetings Packing and shipping items to and from our Rockville Office to show sites Travel to shows to assist with all areas of onsite production Creating & Tracking Purchase Orders We look forward to talking with you!.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
