We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Maryland office.
Job Description This position is a full-time Administrative Assistant in our Rockville office near the Washington D.
C.
area.
The Administrative Assistant will be tasked with supporting staff with much of the firm's day-to-day operations.
Primary responsibilities will include but not limited to:
General administrative duties supporting management and employees related to organization and communication at office location.
Detail orientated and accurate, strong customer service background, and strong computer skills.
Ability to engage in a pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional manner and develop strong relationships to be one of the points of contact.
Respond to emails promptly and professionally, seeking out as needed required information from employees, clients, or research.
Answer phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, coordinate meeting logistics, sign for incoming packages, and welcome clients and other visitors.
Support in the management of office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Prepare meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes.
Support planning and coordination of company events, including managing vendor relationships, contact lists, and event logistics.
Support management of scheduling and calendars for senior staff, including making travel, dining, and other arrangements.
Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
Maintain physical and digital databases as assigned.
Ability to work with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
Must be comfortable working in a team environment.
Desired Skills and Experience We seek to hire an experienced Assistant who possesses the following
Qualifications:
Hours are 8:
30 am - 5:
30 pm Monday to Friday.
Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
2-3 years of experience in an administration/ office administration role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive in approach with an ability to exercise sound judgement.
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
Proficient in various software platforms including Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, and Adobe.
Very organized, with a high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Desire to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as needed.
Professional Discretion is a MUST.
Preferably familiar with various FVLCRUM's concepts, practices and procedures or willing and able to gain the knowledge quickly.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
