An administrative assistant at DogiZone will need to have great time management, excellent communication skills, customer service experience, a proactive mindset and keen attention to detail.
The Position Handling paperwork Maintaining filing systems Calendar oversight and maintenance Assisting with HR duties Ordering office supplies Proactively following up on deadlines Managing and triaging communications Preparing mailing and shipping materials Performing basic bookkeeping tasks Additional administrative projects as needed Benefits We offer better than industry-average benefits including:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
