Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.
- Utilize accounting software such as Quicken, QuickBooks, and Xero to record and track financial transactions.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Provide support for technical accounting issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as Quicken, QuickBooks, and Xero.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
