Legal Receptionist
Responsibilities:
Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception.
Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls timely and in a professional manner.
Emailing correspondence with clients and others.
Scheduling appointments.
Directing the flow of mail and deliveries to reach the intended recipients.
Preparing mailings and FedEx packages Copying, scanning, and filing paperwork.
Entering information in database and printing documents for client signings.
Proactively consulting with attorneys to prioritize work flow Ordering supplies for the office Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
