Description

  • Coordinate, schedule, and oversee all construction activities for large-scale, multi-million dollar projects
  • Project types will include:
    higher education, K-12, federal/government, institutional.
    Project values will range from $30M - $200M on average
  • Monitor project schedules and costs to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Collaborates with Preconstruction to prepare, review, and monitor information and reports related to all costs involved in developing the project's budget
  • Knows and understands the requirements of owner's contract, including bonds, fees, notifications, schedules, reporting, and costs
  • Establish checklists for inspections and SOPs
  • Work in coordination with field personnel to implement and enforce quality control standards
  • Administer work inspections to ensure that quality and performance standards are being met
  • Build strong relationships with customers, design team, subcontractors, suppliers, and user groups that reflect and support company core values and meets or exceeds the customer's expectations
  • Ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • +/- 5-10 years of construction project management experience
  • Must have experience overseeing large-scale, multi-million dollar projects from start to completion.
    Project values can range from $20M - $200M or higher
  • Preferred market sectors include:
    K-12, higher education, federal/government, and/or institutional
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge and experience using Procore is preferred
  • Proven track record of client satisfaction and profitability
