Responsibilities:
- Provide Unarmed Security Guard services to protect the clients location, customers and its assets.
- Conduct foot patrols to detect, report and deter unauthorized activities.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity from within the center.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have an active Maryland Guard Card.
- Previous Security experience is a must.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening Notes:
- Must have an active and physical Maryland Guard Card in possession at the time of interview.
- The client may fluctuate the schedule from time to time to adjust services as needed.
