Graphic Designer

JOB PURPOSE:
Assisting with the creation and distribution of marketing and sales materials for corporate and division levels while responding to customer e-leads by way of web messages and other communication methodsDuties and
Responsibilities:
Ad Creation to support branding, promotions, sales efforts Creation of eblasts, flyers community signage, sales center displays site plans and other collateral material Update web site postings using CMS Routine customer interaction answer questions; providing excellent customer service Assists with developing and producing of social media templates while coordinating the same with outside print companies As needed backup to Sales & Marketing Coordinator Regular customer interaction via Teams and Zoom Other duties as apparent or assigned
Qualifications:
Knowledge and Skills MUST HAVE:
Photoshop Publisher, Microsoft Office Suite; InDesign; Illustrator.
Experience with motion design for UX, desired.
Direct, Articulate Communicator with excellent written communication skills (copywriting) Works well in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities Ability to sit and use computer on a continuous basis.
Organized in day-to-day approach but flexible in attitude.
Entry level knowledge of sales and marketing function Entry level knowledge of graphic design Ability to function well in dynamic and collaborative environment.
Education and Work Experience Degree in Sales, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field from accredited institution and/or combination of education or 1-2 years' experience Previous experience and/or Interest in New Home Sales is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
