HOW A PROGRAM SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACTManages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $20M and aboveServe as the single point of authority fully responsible for the financial, technical, and contractual oversight of the programOversee Engineering and Operations Services for the full spectrum of Engineering and operations projects, platforms, and services, to include endpoint, infrastructure, networks, and security.
Fully participate in RFP response, orals and demo if applicableSupervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate managers.
Maintain responsibility for overall contract performance and all aspects of personnel, resources, funding, project status reporting, administration, operations, and deliverablesCollaborates with team to establish the internal program baselines and to authorize changes to those baselines.
Maintain approval authority over the following:
Standards and Procedures (S&P)s and other process assets applicable to the programDirect charges to the ProgramPersonnel transactions (hiring and staff reductions, transfers)Purchases and resources acquired with contract fundsWHAT YOU LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
BS/BA Degree and 12 plus years relative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10
years of supervisory experience with proven successful transition, implementation, and execution on large IT infrastructure and operations task orders.
Demonstrated experience managing and ensuring the successful completion of multiple technical tasks in assigned program(s).
Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, manage, supervise, train, schedule, coordinate, and evaluate staff as assigned.
US Citizenship requiredMust be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting.
