The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess: - Microsoft Office Suite - Upbeat, Dynamic, Professionalism What You'll Be Doing: - Answering a multi-line telephone system, directing callers to the appropriate associate or voicemail. - Providing callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information. - Provide additional support to Program Managers and other Corporate Staff. - Assist on Proposal and Document Editing - Greeting and directing visitors to the company. - Receiving, sorting and forwarding incoming mail; maintaining and routing publications. - Coordinating the pick-up and delivery of express mail
services
(FedEx, UPS, etc. ) - Assisting in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies. - Assisting with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing and filing. - Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments. - Able to work collectively with the administrative team associates. What You Need to Bring to the Table: - BS Degree required - At least six (6) months to one (1) year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Strong Organizational Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience with writing, editing and preparation of documents. - Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
