Roles and Responsibilities
Gather, understand and map the Client Financials business needs in relation to existing system processes
Demonstrate Capabilities on Following Financials Modules / Applications:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Receivables (AR)
Accounts Payables (AP)
Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA)
Cash Management
Fixed Assets
Public Sector Financials
Perform Pre-Upgrade Assessment and Provide future vision (Post Upgrade)
Identify Potential Risks with upgrade
Identify, review, prioritize the Client Financials system gaps and propose system workarounds or customization solutions
Act as an advisor on the best practices in the use of Financials and recommend improvements as and when necessary
Restructuring existing Financial Structure, Procedures with R12
Identify, document and build the Client Financials reporting capabilities with Oracle Developer assistance
Ensure the correctness and effectiveness of data in Financials
Gather and Prepare Requirements for Customization / Interface Needs
Provide Financials tasks input to the Team Leader or Project
Writing main project deliverables RD, BP, BR and MD AIM documents
Develop Financials training materials, workshops or
Conduct and lead Conference Room Pilot and User Acceptance Test sessions

Profile Requirements
Oracle Financials specialist with IT and Consultancy background
Experience implementing Public Sector Financials and Financials Modules
Implementation and upgrade experience with Oracle E-Business Suite release 12i
Experience to work with Public Sector / Federal / State Organization
Solid business process/requirements analysis and re-engineering.
Module set up and configuration, documentation, ability to spec customizations and reports, and knowledge transfer experience required.
Experience upgrading / re-implementation of Financials Application
Candidate is expected to work autonomously in supporting, educating, training and analyzing the Client's business requirements and map them into the application to enhance the work efficiency
Candidate will report directly to his Team Leader

Strong analytical abilities Strong knowledge of configuring and solving system issues in Financials Modules e.g. GL,AR, AP,FA,CM, Public Sector Financials
Must have good hands-on and implementation experience using Oracle e-Business 11i and R12
Must be working with the Client to establish clear business requirements, then propose optimal system design, configure, test and deliver the solution to Production
The consultant must have ability to lead the client through the project phases, translating business requirements into system solutions and resolving business issues is essential using Oracle AIM.
The project involve a mixture of providing business and IT consultancy meaning the consultant must have good interpersonal, facilitation as well as written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of tools such as Toad, SQL Navigator is a definite plus
Should be a team player with 'Can do' working attitude

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
