Account Executive:
The Account Executive works to profitably manage all aspects of our company's relationship with clients, insurers and partners.
Primary Responsibilities Include o Builds relationships and confidence with clients o Reviews new products in the market place o Increase profitability of existing product lines by account rounding o Implements Renewal Process and coordinates with Account Managers and CSRs o Conducts annual reviews on accounts at renewal o Oversees the renewal process by working with account service team o Negotiates terms and pricing with underwriter o Provides insurance counseling and educates clients and staff on coverage levels and insurance programs available as well as explaining terms and how they apply to operations o Responds promptly to client inquiries providing excellent customer service o Assists in/or prepares proposals and presentations for new and renewal programs o Provides expertise in servicing accounts providing assistance to Account Managers o Identifies client needs and develops customer solutions o Works effectively with client decision makers o Demonstrates technical competency and creates innovative solutions o Maintains accurate management of client accounts o Analyzes policy wording.
Education, Experience & Skills o 10
years Commercial Property & Casualty (required) o Property & Casualty licensed (required) o Experienced with AfW or AMS 360 (required) o Bachelor's Degree (required) o CIC, AAI, CRM, ARM, CPCU (desired) o Excellent Verbal & Written Communication (required) o Fluent Spanish (desired) o Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel) (required)
