Senior IT Business Analyst: Work with internal clients (all divisions) to identify business needs and develop into functional requirements. Represent customer needs on IT projects. Participate in cross-functional enterprise-level project teams to identify and implement process and system improvements. Determine appropriate course of action for new requests. Review project deliverables for quality. Must have experience in business processes for IT systems; business case development; requirements gathering; gap analysis; process mapping; solution design; data conversion; MS Office Suite and Visio. Requires a Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems, Engineering Management or a related field plus 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems, Engineering Management or a related field plus 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
