POSITION: Senior Business Analyst(s) Healthcare
DUTIES: Gather and analyze client requirements, procedures, and problems to improve client healthcare computer systems. Review system capabilities, workflow, and limitations for the development and improvement of client health care computer systems. Establish methodology and documentation standards and provide technical guidance to lower level business analysts. Prepare documentation of technical requirements and translate them into system requirement specifications. Prepare statement of requirements and business rules to articulate end-user functionality. Communicate requirements and business processes to designers and developers. Participate in systems/applications testing, quality assurance, and implementation. Consult with team members and users to evaluate hardware and software issues and resolve client problems. May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Comp. Sci., Engin.(any), Business or related technical field. 60 months experience in job offered or computer-related occupation. Experience must include 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Experience must include: 1) IBM Rational ClearQuest; 2) Rational ClearCase; 3) MS Visio; 4) MS Communicator; 5) SharePoint; 6) VBScript; 7) US Healthcare Payor domain; 8) US Healthcare Pharmacy Benefit Management domain. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
