Rockville,MD A' Lead Java Developer The Lead Java Developer will work on a small agile team within Client's Enterprise Data Platforms group.
This team develops the cloud-based data replication platform leveraged by over 40 applications at Client.
All members of the team perform development, testing, and operational support tasks.

A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Take ownership of code through the entire SDLC including development, testing, and production A'.
A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Work with QA and development team to ensure work is of the highest quality and is aligned with product standards A'.
A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Participate actively in executing and evolving the team's advanced CI/CD processA' A'.
A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Assess current software development practices and principles to identify and implement process and software improvements A'.
A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Keep up with evolving AWS service offerings and help the team select and integrate with new services as applicable A'.

A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' In-depth knowledge of software architecture trends and popular frameworks such as Spring A'.
A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Understands when to make use of asynchronous programming techniques, message exchange and sync/async integration patterns A'.
A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Proven ability to maintain healthy team practices such as automated unit and functional testing, code reviews, and coding standards A'.
A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Experience in writing and configuring complex Jenkins (or equivalent) jobs and pipelines A'.
A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field Exposure to Python scripting is a plus Required:
