Retail Warehouse - Product Support Associate

LPN or LVN contributes to the success of the center by ensuring the quality of care provided to the patient.
They are responsible for overseeing daily lab operations, providing treatment to patients and establishing a positive, professional relationship with patients to uphold the practice goals of treating each patient perfectly! Expectations:
Follow patient plan accurately by checking assigned vitals, perform routine blood draws and administer intramuscular injections as requested by the provider Run assigned in-house labs and ensure the proper labs are ordered for each patient, as well as external lab processing preparation.
Maintain controls and calibrations on the lab equipment; ensure all quality assurance documentation is completed daily Keep Center COLA audit ready at any point Maintain proper documentation process, including charting Maintain inventory management of all sleep and lab supplies Educate patients on use of the Home Sleep Tests, CPAP Mask fitting, and the proper use and cleaning of the CPAP machine Perform allergy scratch testing and the administration of allergy injections.
Utilize technology requiring basic computer skills Greet patients with a positive attitude, building professional relationships, making each patient feel welcome Check email daily Maintain White Glove standards throughout the center, including basic housekeeping in and around center grounds daily Maintain and implement current and new Marketing programs and strategies Maintain HIPAA Compliance, Front desk administration duties as follows:
Check patients in and out, collecting payment, daily bank deposits Verify patient insurance using existing software Explain insurance benefit details to patients Answer phones, using proper phone etiquette, answer new patient questions about processes, costs, etc.
Book new appointments and rescheduling existing appointments Maintain inventory of office supplies, including orders/pick-up of normal office and center supplies Additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or high school equivalency Must be a graduate of an accredited LVN ,LPN or Phlebotomy School.
Must have current licenses.
One (1) year of LPN,LVN or Phlebotomy experience based on state requirements Must be patient focused and able to effectively communicate with patients, co-workers and management to exceed goals and objectives in a team-oriented environment Ability to learn and implement new services and procedures Basic computer knowledge Ability to multi-task and manage time wisely in a fun and fast-pace environment Ability to take instruction, direction and feedback well Maintains a positive, empathetic attitude towards patients Possess a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism Willing to Train Job Requirements:
Providing basic patient care or treatment Under direct supervision of physician administer injections phlebotomy Overseeing lab and maintaining equipment with current updates vital signs check patients in and out scheduling appointments collect copays Maintain HIPAA and Confidentiality at all times Assisting provider charting documentation in EHR Perform assigned duties as needed.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
