Agency Culture Team Leader

As the Agency Culture Team Leader (ACTL) for Agency Desired Culture, you will be responsible for managing the desired agency culture team for the Agency out of the Office of the Executive Director for Operations. You will serve as the lead agency resource for all agency culture activities. The team works with staff across the agency to support, coordinate, and lead efforts to develop programs and implement strategies to foster a positive culture in the daily activities within the Agency across all Agency Offices. The ACTL also functions to provide technical expertise and advocate for culture activities by facilitating knowledge transfer and conducting and coordinating significant activities to monitor and strengthen the integration of culture concepts into agency operations. As Team Leader, you are responsible for 1) supervising the Agency Desired Culture staff, 2) assigning and monitoring all activities of the agency desired culture improvement plan, and 3) monitoring and measuring positive changes across the agency. The position is a temporary position, which may not exceed 1 year. In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the characteristics of organizations and the range of factors which can affect organizational effectiveness and culture with an ability to assign and monitor all activities of the program and implement strategies to foster a positive culture within the agency.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
