Management Analyst

Conducts in-depth studies, reviews, evaluations, and assessments of issues and proposals assigned. Determines the functionality of unique organizational structures and provides necessary and appropriate coordination among key participants for the long-range planning and development of organizational strategies to meet objectives and mission (i.e., information management systems, human capital, administrative support, financial and budgeting). Employs advanced qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze, evaluate, and/or improve the efficiency of internal administrative operations, organizations, or management. Establishes study methods and techniques to be utilized in complex studies and audits. Assures compliance of administrative operations with various requirements and develops strategies for improving administrative functions. Qualifications:
GS-11:
You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level in the Federal service that includes the following:
Utilizing qualitative and/or quantitative techniques to analyze the effectiveness, efficiency, and/or productivity of administrative programs; Developing new or modified work methods or processes; and Conducting projects and/or studies to evaluate or recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations. OR possess a Ph.D. degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a doctoral degree or equivalent graduate degree; or a combination of the required experience and education for this grade level.( Must submit Transcript) OR GS-12:
You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-11 level in the Federal service that includes the following:
Utilizing qualitative and/or quantitative techniques to analyze the effectiveness, efficiency, and/or productivity of administrative programs; Developing new or modified work methods or processes; Conducting projects and/or studies to evaluate or recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations; and Preparing organizational reports for submission to senior management. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through national Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; community; student; social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to gain employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. If such experience is on a part-time basis, you must provide the average number of hours worked per week as well as the beginning and ending dates of the experience so it can be fully credited. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
